Arevik Gnutzmann-Mkrtchyan

I am a professor of economics at University of Regensburg and Deputy Director of the Leibniz Institute for East and Southeast European Studies (IOS).

Prior to that I was an Assistant Professor at the Leibniz Universität Hannover .

I am also an Affiliate of CESifo, Munich.

PhD in Economics from the European University Institute (EUI), Florence, Italy.

My research interests are in International Trade, as well as Political Economy and Development. My current work focuses on trade policy and protection measures, economic integration and trade agreements, cartels in global economy.  Here you can find more information about my  research .
